Chief Executive Officers Clubs Worldwide is an exclusive global network designed for visionary CEO committed to leadership excellence, strategic growth, and long-term business success. The organization was founded in 1977 by Dr. Joseph Mancuso, following his departure as Chairman of the Management Department at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Worcester. Joe believed there was a more effective way for CEOs to learn than traditional classroom education involving textbooks, note-taking, and examinations.

Today, CEO Clubs Worldwide stands among the oldest and largest CEO associations in the world, with active chapters across the United States, India, South Africa, Greece, China, Pakistan, and many other countries. It operates as a by-invitation-only organization, exclusively for CEOs and founders of established businesses. The organization operates on a by-invitation-only basis, welcoming CEOs of businesses with annual revenues exceeding USD 2 million. With an average member revenue of USD 20 million, CEO Clubs represents a powerful community of decision-makers shaping industries and economies.

CEO Clubs Worldwide is a by-invitation-only membership organization with over 49 years of history. Membership is open to Chief Executive Officers of companies generating annual revenues in excess of USD 2 million, with the average member company reporting annual sales of approximately USD 20 million.

PAC & Super PAC

PAC

Presidential Advisory Council (PAC) is a group of about a dozen CEO members within individual country who serve as a board of advisors for one another – A ‘mastermind” group. About 15 CEO Club members participate in a PAC for 1 year. A PAC meets six times annually, at each member’s business. Each PAC Member must:

Be a CEO Club member
Sign a mutual confidentiality agreement
Agree to share detailed financial information
Not miss more than two meetings sequentially
In control of their company
Need to have a minimum of 25 employees with at least $2 million in annual sales

Super PAC

The Super PAC is for larger companies and operates on international basis. Super PAC members meet for three-day weekends two times a year.
